We are not responsible for non-standard goods, imitation goods, counterfeit goods, incorrect declarations by members, natural disasters, war, labor disputes, customs return, confiscation or destruction, or cases where the member no longer needs the product for personal reasons.
Damage or delay during transportation is handled under the rules of the carrier. We are not responsible for delivery delays or damage caused by domestic transportation or customs clearance in China.
