• Visual Inspection
• We inspect for surface defects including breakage, stains and scratches. We also verify batch consistency for ordered goods, such as fabric texture variations and color differences, and check the internal shape & structural integrity of each item.
• Label & Accessory Processing
• We remove all Chinese hang tags, and dispose of three types of accessories by default:
• desiccants & similar filler accessories,
• factory quality certificates,
• inner lining papers. If you provide special handling instructions for any of the above three items, we will follow your requirements strictly.
• Standard Repackaging
• Products will be repacked into properly sized OPP bags and neatly arranged.
• ⚠️ Special Note for Fragile Goods
• Fragile items (glass, ceramics, resin crafts, irregular-shaped goods) will be wrapped with shock-absorbent cushioning materials. Individual separate packaging for each product is available at an extra charge.

• Unfold all garments for full-range thorough inspection.
• Cross-check sewn-in size labels against outer package labels; take physical measurements of clothes to match website specifications.
• Examine buttons for cracks or detachment, and test zippers to ensure smooth sliding operation.
• Inspect hooks, rivets and other metal hardware for damage or deformation.
• Buttonholes are pre-cut as our standard service. If you need pocket finishing treatment, please submit separate clear written instructions to our team in advance.

• We inspect all buckles and fasteners for cracks, damage or loose detachment, and test zippers to guarantee smooth sliding performance.
• All hooks, metal studs and other hardware fittings will be fully checked for breakage or deformation.

Original shoe boxes will be removed by default and replaced with properly sized OPP bags, with clear shoe size labels attached. (This packaging method effectively reduces your international shipping volume and freight cost. If you need to keep the original shoe boxes intact, please leave a note in your order remarks or get in touch with our customer service team in advance.)
