Billing cycleFor a single order, the billing period is calculated as follows:
Start dateThe date goods are recorded as received in the warehouse system.(the date available for dispatch)
End dateSubmit a shipment quotationThe day prior to the confirmed shipment arrangement date
※ Goods may be damaged by natural environmental factors over time. Our company assumes no liability for losses arising from force majeure. Please take note.
※ During rainy seasons or due to environmental changes, stored goods may develop mold, absorb moisture or suffer quality degradation. Such risks cannot be fully eliminated. We appreciate your understanding.
※ Storage days will be calculated normally during Chinese public holidays and other designated company holidays. Please submit the shipment request in advance before long holidays.
※ If you require long-term storage, please submit your application only after you have fully read and acknowledged the above exemption clauses.

Calculation of overdue storage feesCNY 5/m³/day
Volumes under 1 cubic meter will be charged as 1 cubic meter, even for a single item.Fractional volumes are rounded up following the volumetric weight calculation standard. For example, 1.1 cubic meters shall be billed as 2 cubic meters.All goods are managed by barcodes, with fees calculated automatically by the system. Once the free storage period ends, daily charges will be deducted from your account balance on My Page. Deductions take place around midnight of the next day.Billing Example

Rules for Inactive InventoryLong-term Inactivity Notice
◆ For accounts with no transactions for more than 180 consecutive days, we will send a final notification via email or phone.
Should we receive no response within the period, you will be regarded as having relinquished ownership of the goods. The items will be automatically disposed of 7 days after the final notification.
◆ Storage billing will cease once a shipping order is submitted. If international freight fees remain unpaid for an extended time and we fail to get in touch with you, the goods will be disposed of in accordance with the above provisions. Please note accordingly.
